Hi,

Isn't the Designated Router the one on a broadcast type domain that all the routers 
decide should control the OSPF conversations to avoid everybody doing it thus reducing 
traffic.  If so then 'C' would to me seem correct.  As I understood it on a point to 
point connection (which there may be many in an area or AS) you do not elect a 
designated router.
