Sorry- my post was not clear. The Cisco Network Academy (2 years ago) had
Co-op's setup. Basically- Cisco asked resellers to take on beginners for 30
to 60 intervals, pay them a certain amount, & guaranteed that they should be
trained in xyz (& be useful).
This would be just a little better than a free tour of duty
