sometimes, a 2 word answer is all they need (and want).  and...how was your
response helpful in this case to the original poster?  How does making other
people wrong serve you and the people around you?

To the original poster's question regarding the lost CD, *sometimes* the TAC
can assist, too, if you can identify yourself as a registered owner of the
software.

often guilty of over-verbosity...  -e-
