I was going to give a two word answer also, sure glad I didn't or I would be
"unprofessional" too.
"The TAC" helped me out of the same situation. I beleive they key the
CiscoWorks software against an IP address and you can't load it just
anywhere. So eventually you have to call the TAC anyway. Oh and your best
point of contact for anything Cisco is your REP, they can help you with
hardware, training, labtime, mibs, technical docs, questions, free stuff....
so that was a good answer. If you didn't know that I would get them on the
phone and and tell them they need to be more accessible.
