10-15% of your frames doesn't tell us much. How much of the bandwidth are 
they using? They are probably really small frames. Also, be sure you aren't 
getting a skewed view by "sniffing" on a switch port where you see only 
broadcasts and multicasts. Perhaps they are just 10-15% of the 
broadcasts/multicasts.
