since you're so into this, Leigh Anne, how about loading the Linux IOS onto
a Cisco router and telling us how it goes. :->
lost the link, but there really is a Linux fanatic group creating Linux for
Cisco routers. not for the feint of heart.

But a Linux box **IS** a Cisco solution. I have so much more flexibility
with my routers being free to try various configurations rather than having
two interfaces tied up in "static" configurations so that my PC can reach

heartedly trying to think Cisco solutions. I didn't mention the other side
