Upgrade the IOS remotely, or have someone put a modem on the AUX port, along with a phone line, remotely configure the router to allow dial-in through the AUX/Modem connection, and then shutdown the BRI interface and configure other changes.
... Or walk someone over the phone / pay someone to visit and make the change for you / go to the remote location yourself and make the change via Console connection. My best practice is to always have a Modem connected to the AUX port for emergency remote maintenance. Just be sure to keep the Phone Number to that Modem secure.
