By the looks of it, this router (this dialer profile) is dialled into some destination, in which case you will have to drop the channel/disconnect and only then will it allow you to add the dialer map, and thats what it may mean by "dynamic dialer exists".
Jenny's option will basically achieve the same thing, if you reload the router without the dialer map statement, it wouldnt dial automatically upon reboot, and you can safely add the new dialer map.
