You make each RSM part of EVERY VLAN! Yes for redundancy and loadsharing even VLANS active for RSM1, odd for RSM2 is very reasonable and I think a recommneded way if you dig around CCO. I have done several of these with RSM's and MSFC in the 6500 series, works great.
