If I have this simple net: 3660(FR Switch)-------------------3640
I am using NM-4T on both routers. Default (HDLC) encapsulation causes both router serial interfaces to come up. I am trying inverse ARP from Caslow book but as soon as I enable FR (or even PPP) encap, line goes down. 3660 is the DCE and supplying clock.
