Firstly, 2 to the power of 4 is 16 (2x2x2x2). Secondly, regarding Carl's post, would the answer be 14? I'm not sure the subnet-zero comes into play with CIDR. I was under the impression it was only relevant to subnetting as opposed to summarizing. Does anyone know for sure?
