Well, I don't work for anyone using it but I have been to Cisco's NY Office
and seen the phones work myself. You would not know the difference from an
office phone using the PBX. You still do the normal stuff like dial 9 to get
outside and dial the area code and phone number. The beauty of course lies
in the mobility of the phones.

We are thinking about getting Cisco's IP Telephony equipment. Is anyone
using it. If so, can you tell me your thoughts about it (success/failure
stories). Did it replace your phone lines or run in paralell? Are you
still able to make 800 and 911 calls with the IP phones.

Thanks for any information.
