Well, I don't work for anyone using it but I have been to Cisco's NY Office and seen the phones work myself. You would not know the difference from an office phone using the PBX. You still do the normal stuff like dial 9 to get outside and dial the area code and phone number. The beauty of course lies in the mobility of the phones.
