Hi, there I think there is a way to force a router interface to join a multicast group. try this command under the interface see if that helps.
from cco ip igmp join-group group-address To have the router join a multicast group, use the ip igmp join-group interface configuration command. To cancel membership in a multicast group, use the no form of this command.
