Show ip eigrp neighbor, will show the hold time. The hold time is updated when a hello packet is received. The default hello time interval is 5 seconds so you're neighbors will always be reporting a hold time between 10-15 seconds.

I know I can 'sh ip prot' and see when the last update was, but this isn't what I'm looking for. TIA, Mike W.
