Excellent.  Where were the problems?  Is it a documentation issue?

Assuming that you are using the Korean fonts from TeXLive 2007, it
should work out of the box.

Yes.  With TeXLive 2007, CJKutf8.tex should compile out of the box
with LaTeX.
