Well, OK.  Let me throw down the gauntlet: I think the entire
PhishingScanURLs "feature" is misguided and has no place in a
virus-scanner.  Furthermore, the actual implementation is disgusting.

I would like to see this functionality removed completely from Clam.
If it is retained, I'd like to see it re-written by someone with at
least mediocre programming/software-engineering skills.
