Ryan,

We get around this by setting a website address in the agent download information section (Clean Access >> General Setup >> Agent Login). Then we provide an EXE package that contains the agent files along with a config XML file.

We recently upgraded to 4.7.2.

There is now an ActiveX/Java "Cisco NAC Download Facilitator" that attempts to
install the agent without having to download a file and install.

I like the concept, but the ActiveX plugin seems to fail on a number of
machines we've tested. Is there a way to disable the facilitator? My feeling is
that the old download/run installer method would make the process smoother at
this point.

I understand the old download/install becomes available when the facilitator fails, but
I'd rather not have something "fail" first as this could be confusing.

Thanks,
