Mesos, Hadoop and other middleware is just the way to utilize the computing resources for the special tasks of the users. If a user wants to setup/use the virtual instances with a special kind of middleware it is not a big deal to do this in cloud but the question of efficiency is more important. May be it will be better for the user to contact the resource center and ask for hardware resources to be setup in the desired way. The job of the resource center admins is to make this setup fast and easy like a cake. Here we can use different tools including services that run in cloud on CloudStack.
