Have a 11/26/03 receipt from NAIC for my maintenance contract.
Can not download - told I have no contract. Tried this many times starting last week. Many back and forth emails to iclub resulting in "It's not our fault blame is with NAIC.
The $49 has been charged to my credit card.
I have paid for a product that I have not received.
Called NAIC and no one answers.
How do I get some satisfaction and get my money back?
