I checked this out; our Support person was quite correct.  NAIC has sent
us no record of your order.  If you have a receipt, please let me know
what it says, and I'll have someone in Support contact NAIC and find out
why your order hasn't been processed yet.

The $49 has been charged to my credit card.
I have paid for a product that I have not received.
Called NAIC and no one answers.

This sounds like a terrible situation.  Please send me the info and we'll
follow up.  If indeed NAIC has charged you, not sent you a support
contract, and won't answer the phone, well, there ain't much I can say
except that we'll make sure this gets fixed.  Moreover, we will be talking
to NAIC to figure out why this happened and to make sure it doesn't happen
again.
