Unreal - check out their application. It asks for your sex, SIN, drivers
license number and race. Just about the only thing they don't ask is
religion. They also force a one week unpaid evaluation.
They're obviously not looking for the smartest employees. Anyone who
gives out their SIN for a job application is quite stupid.
