not to mention it is illegal (or at least improper) to ask for sex, race, or
other personal information during the interviewing process.  If these items
are needed then they are given AFTER you are hired.  But whether or not you
get hired CANNOT be based on if you're a boy or girl,
caucasian/indian/asian/etc.  They CAN say that you must have a valid
driver's license, but cannot ask for your license number until after you are
hired.

They've opened themselves to lawsuits if they are asking those questions
during the interviewing/looking stage or hiring someone.
