I'm Kelly Ann in Tennessee . I was diagnosed in July of this year (05) . I too am on 400 mg and I take my meds at lunch and only feel bad for a few hours , then I'm ok as ok gets with CML . Also, Are you drinking plenty of water when you take it ?
