Hi.  I wasn't going to answer but decided I would.  That nausea could be part of gastritis and it could be related to the time of day you are taking your Gleevec.  You HAVE to take the Gleevec with a lot ...LOT of food and you need to increase whatever fluids you are drinking.  If the anti-nausea medicine isn't working, get a different one.  Zosyn is one that works very well by mouth.  It is very expensive if not covered by insurance. 
Talk to the doctor about a prescription for some kind of acid inhibitor like Aciphex or Protonix or Prevacid.  That will help your G.I. tract to calm down.
But, honestly, avoid Gleevec at bedtime.
