And replace the impeller on the raw water pump. Removing the fuel tank and cleaning might be a bit excessive before a delivery. I usually take lots of Racor filter elements because often the grunge in the bottom of the tank gets shaken up when you get offshore. Polishing the fuel is a nice idea, if you have the time. But in the end you are on a sailboat!
