I think someone else mentioned the Lat Long is handy for a Google map type
application. I suggest if you don't wish a pin on your boat's exact location
then leave blank, put in municipal dock coordinate or a nearby dumpster, etc.
so as to comply with intent of info request
If you have info that does fit the form, as in three spinnys, then input
primary info and supplement additional info in "Upgrades" box. Like using
"Upgrades" as a "Comments" section.

Looks OK. Couple of comments:
1: Put Yacht Club affiliation under Owner
2. Put Boat Location under Owner. That could be merely the name of the
marina or yacht club. I can't see much use for the hyper detailed location
information as that often changes depending on the club or marina rules.
Possible security issues too??
3. Could be a section called "boat identification" which would include
oat Name, state or province and license number, or Port of Registry,
4. Scrap the detailed "Where to find the Boat" section.
5. "Personnal" has one "n"
