Just FYI, CSM (chopped strand mat) does not work that well with epoxy. The styrene-soluble binder that holds it all together doesn't dissolve in epoxy because there's no styrene in it, unlike polyester resin. There's probably no huge loss of strength overall, but you don't get the full benefit of another layer of glass with mat in that application.
