A personal friend who owns a marine canvas business had a similar "mailbox is full" and when I visited his shop he explained when he is busy, he let's his mailbox fill up to stop incoming messages. I thought that was wrong, but he is a two person shop and can't afford to hire someone to answer the phone. I met him at his shop and learned my little cushion project would have to wait till September, he had so much work. He actually suggested I look for an upholstery vendor.
