Try:

developer.apple.com -> Click “Develop” -> Click “Documentation” (both at the 
top of the page).

All the documentation for Cocoa is right there: AppKit, Foundation, etc, etc, 
etc, etc.
You can switch between Objective-C or Swift in the popup at the top of the page.
