It assumes you’re starting a new project with no code yet, and gives you an 
initial header & source file to start coding in. That way a new user doesn’t 
next have to figure out how to create/add new source files. I guess it didn’t 
work well for you (because you already have source files?) but it still seems 
like a useful thing in general.
