Apple has a channel for providing feedback; why do you refuse to use it? We've all got horror stories about Radar screeners kicking bugs back because they want a demo project (and then subsequently not bothering to test that demo project before claiming the bug is fixed). But this is a documentation bug. Hell, you don't even have to go to RadarWeb.
