Spamassassin has been installed on the Undernet mailing list server. Many spam messages should be discarded without even making it to the lists now. Everything else now has the header:
X-Spam-Flag: Which is set to "Yes" or "No" depending on whether Spamassassin thinks it is spam. You can use this header to filter messages that reach your inbox, using the filter capability in your email client. Netscape 6 is the only email program I'm aware of that doesn't let you set filters based on custom headers (Netscape 4, Netscape 7, and Mozilla all do, as well as Outlook, Eudora, Pine, and whatever else you use).
