okay to add it as a config `trackFilteredRowOffsets` in [IngestionConfig
class](https://github.com/apache/pinot/blob/master/pinot-spi/src/main/java/org/apache/pinot/spi/config/table/ingestion/IngestionConfig.java#L65
)?
