### What UpdateCertDTO is the certificate update request. It had no test. This pins: the certificate being updated is identified by its id, every other field is optional (a PATCH that changes only the SAN list stays valid without re-sending the whole certificate), and a supplied type must still be one of TLS, mTLS, ServiceAccount. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **4/4 green**, checkstyle clean. - Regression only (validation matrix). - Restored: green.
