CI status update on the current head (`b1a403bdbb3e`), following up on my
2026-08-31 comment.

At that time the fork's rerun had one job (`kudu-connector-it (8,
ubuntu-latest)`) come back `cancelled`, leaving the overall `Build` run
reporting `cancelled` rather than a clean pass, even though the
previously-failing Windows unit test had already gone green. I just re-checked
the live state on this exact, unchanged head: `Build` is now reporting
`success` end-to-end, along with `Notify test workflow` and `labeler`.

No change to the technical conclusion itself — there is still no open
source-level blocker from my side on this head (all items from the
2026-08-11/2026-08-15/2026-08-22 rounds remain closed, confirmed again in my
2026-08-24 and 2026-08-29/08-31 passes). The only thing that changed is that
the CI gate I flagged as not-yet-green is now green, so the remaining step is a
maintainer merge decision.
