The `Build` check on the apache side has gone green as well. @DanielLeens this was the targeted rerun of the failed job that you suggested, rather than a new commit, so the tree is unchanged and this is the same `2dd45e26f8613e0ee682d48aed9e963fc1d004f7` that you re-pulled into a clean worktree. Your diagnosis holds up from this side too, because `kudu-connector-it (11)` completed in 25 minutes this time against the JDK 8 leg's 27, which means that when it avoids the #12132 hang it finishes comfortably inside the 90 minute budget.
