Thanks for the follow-up. This Fluss sink slice was completed in #12422, which was merged into dev on September 22. It adds notBlank to the existing required bootstrap.servers option, leaves database and table optional, and covers valid, missing, empty, and whitespace-only values in FlussSinkFactoryTest.
