Classification: F / Connector-V2 declarative OptionRule validation. Confirmed on current `dev`: `FlussSinkFactory` registers `bootstrap.servers` as required but has no `notBlank` condition, while `FlussSourceFactory` already applies `notBlank` to its required connection and table options. The claimed follow-up is therefore a sink-only validation correction. The checked open Fluss PRs do not cover this option-rule change. Please proceed with one focused `dev` PR that adds a nonblank condition only for the existing sink `bootstrap.servers` option. Keep `database` and `table` optional for multi-table mode, do not add runtime connectivity checks or change client construction, and add factory tests for valid input plus missing, empty, and whitespace-only bootstrap values. Update the EN/ZH option documentation only if it does not already state that this required endpoint must be nonblank, then link the PR here.
