@goutamadwant I sent a formal review request for this standalone dependency fix. All three upstream PR checks and the complete [fork Build](https://github.com/SEZ9/seatunnel/actions/runs/36284739243) are now successful on `6709cfc118199013be66a4ef83409adb2f030c2d`. The scope is four files: exclude the original Debezium core/API classes from OceanBase's MySQL CDC dependency edge, add a packaged-jar serialization regression check to the existing OceanBase compatibility test, and clarify the matching CDC-base jar requirement in the English/Chinese docs. The existing runtime dependency and data assertions remain in place. Both Java 8 and Java 11 OceanBase compatibility jobs passed. No workflow, timeout or test-skip changes are included. This PR passed independently of #12454. The current #12298 and #12299 builds both have confirmed `NotSerializableException: io.debezium.relational.TableId` failures that need this fix in their base; the dependency patch has deliberately been kept out of their feature diffs.
