@davidzollo @goutamadwant Closing this as superseded by merged #12477, which supplies both dependency exclusions and packaged-jar regression coverage. I verified the merged artifacts locally on `dev@146a1b5c510e`: all six factory tests and both packaged-jar tests passed with zero failures/errors/skips. #12299 and #12454 are being updated to inherit that correction, so they no longer need this PR to merge.
