Following up on the two red jobs \u2014 I re-ran them at job level and the results separate cleanly:\n\n- **`changes` \u2014 green on rerun.** Its first pass failed, but every step in the job (`Check for file changes by python`, `Check Connector V2 Update`, `Check Connector V2 E2E Update`, `Make unit test modules`, `Make integration test modules`) reports success on attempt 2. The first-pass log also shows the scope helper degrading to `::warning::CI scope helper failed; forcing full API coverage`, i.e. the module-scope computation itself hiccuped rather than anything about the diff. Flake, not a regression.\n- **`Dead links` \u2014 still red, and inherited from `dev`.** Details in my previous comment: the only 2 dead links are `https://deepwiki.com/apache/seatunnel` and `https://deepwiki.com/badge.svg` on line 8 of the repository-root `README.md`, added upstream by `6de6f1b953` (#11312).
