The test is already pushed, head `22090e713`, so the diff is ready whenever
you want to look.

**Javadoc commit: `5eb6a8ca9`.** Same commit as the exact-conversion change.
Checked the file at each commit on this branch: the "guaranteed not to have
wrapped" wording is present at `b3637b7cd` and `0d21566d6`, and at `5eb6a8ca9`
it is gone and `@throws TransformException` appears, which is the trim you are
asking about.

   **Build on `22090e713`: 80 success, 1 failure, 2 cancelled, 11 skipped.**
None of the three is reachable from this change, and I checked the durations
against `backend.yml` rather than assuming:

   | job | outcome | ran | limit | what it is |
   | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
   | `engine-v2-it (8)` | failure | 105.6 min | 150 | `BackpressureSlowSinkIT`,
the only failing test in an 85 MB log. #12313 / #12316 |
   | `Build website` | cancelled | 90.2 min | 90 | timeout, the one #12614
fixes |
   | `unit-test (11, windows-latest)` | cancelled | 120.3 min | 120 | timeout |

The unit-test leg that matters here is covered: `unit-test` passed on
`8/windows`, `8/ubuntu` and `11/ubuntu`, three of four legs, so the new test
ran green. Only the Windows JDK 11 leg ran out of its 120 minutes, and it was
cancelled rather than failing.

Happy to rerun any of the three if you would rather see them, though `Build
website` will keep hitting the same 90 minute wall until #12614 lands.
