The InfluxDB timeout-validation slice is available to take. I checked current `dev` and the open related work: #12744 only changes generated timestamp units, so it does not overlap this validation migration. Please keep the change at the Source and Sink factory `optionRule()` boundary, with no runtime client behavior change. Before choosing a condition, document the actual OkHttp/connector semantics for zero, negative, and overflow-prone durations; do not turn a presently meaningful zero into an arbitrary positive-only restriction. Cover both factories, negative values, the accepted boundary, and any conversion limit that would overflow the client's millisecond representation.
