Thanks for digging into this, @SiriusTL666, and for the clear table. I re-checked the commit on the Apache side and your reading matches what I see: head `fcac22dbb93c0c3ec3fe0766d88cf37ccfd27cfa` has three GitHub Actions check suites, all `completed` with conclusion `action_required`, and no required `Build` check run has been created yet. So it is the first-time-contributor approval gate, not a delay, and re-dispatching on your fork cannot clear it. Nothing is needed from your side. The code is unchanged since my last review (still `fcac22db`), I have no source-level blocker, and the fork Build `40204876571` you linked is the CI evidence for this exact head. The remaining step is for a committer with write access to approve the pending workflow runs and then give the effective approval. @davidzollo, could you please approve the workflow runs for this PR when you have a moment? Please keep the branch at `fcac22db` until that is done so the fork result stays bound to the same head. Thanks again for the careful follow-through! Static check only; nothing was executed locally. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
