Thanks @karthik-0306 and @SEZ9. The full F8 entry is readable through the API: test_empty_version_raises at line 437; no repost is needed for my review. I also rechecked the current install_plugins docstring: it explains Linux/macOS support and the Windows rollback limitation, while the cross-platform select_plugins alternative is in the error message. Adding that alternative to the docstring is a useful documentation refinement as requested by @SEZ9. My prior source clearance is unchanged, and the reported Build/Python checks are green. A future documentation push will be assessed on its new head. Checked 2026-10-31T02:46:59.551142+00:00; unchanged head `1c42f78cbda1242d35ee6e546d993b4017b30a36`. [Signal pull request update](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/actions/runs/40744539762/job/123330606583)=`SUCCESS`; [Test with Python 3.9](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/actions/runs/40744539750/job/123852191108)=`SUCCESS`; [Test with Python 3.13](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/actions/runs/40744539750/job/123852191355)=`SUCCESS`; [Build](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/runs/123855764926)=`SUCCESS`. This is a discussion/CI clarification, not another full source review or an effective maintainer approval.
