Every Apache Committer represents that they own the right to contribute
their code to the ASF. That is not unique to Geronimo. In Howard's case,
he did so in good faith, and then discovered otherwise, which resulted in
HiveMind being removed pending resolution.
Are you claiming that the Geromino developers are falsely representing their
rights and the origin of the code? Is it your claim that they are violating
their CLA?
Speak plainly, if you've a claim to make.
