Brian,

The short answer would be no. If something is checked then email will be
rejected based on triggering that “one” test. That’s a bad idea and you
will rejecting a LOT email, both spam and non-spam. No single test in 100%
right.

What you are looking to do is run a series of tests/filters that in
combination help you determine the likelihood that an email is spam and give
it a weight. You then have several action you can perform on an email once
it has been given a weight. The options and weights are on the “Filtering”
tab in the same Security section David directed you to.

Should anything be checked in “enable for incoming SMTP blocking”?

Declude does not block at SMTP level. What you are seeing is your mail
server blocking the mail, in SM it’s a setting under SecurityàAntispam
Administration à Enable for Incoming SMTP blocking

It is not recommended that you block on 1 RBL only.

Are you sure that this not a rule setup on your mail server and not Declude.

In general Declude does not block at the smtp level but gives weight to
email after it has been received by your email server and handed over to
Declude for testing.
