It was HR 759, introduced by Rep. Dingell. Many of us on Comfoods have gotten a lot of info on these bills. And as a newspaper reporter, I received a press release today from a most untrustworthy source (or rather, one I can trust to be unworthy) about the huge menacing dangers of HR 875, and based on that alone I doubt it's that bad...:-) (If anyone would like me to forward it to them I can but from a different e-mail address.) Everyone cautions that whatever bill gets thru committee needs to include explicit protections for small and family farms. I think that's the key to the matter.
