Hello, All:

I was wondering if anyone is aware of a calculator program for estimating
the amount of food that is grown on a given area of garden during a growing
season? I realize that this is extremely variable, depending on the type
of crop grown, the number of harvests, management practices, etc.... but
perhaps there is an easy calculator that uses averages and also lets you
factor in some of these variables?

The purpose would be to help us estimate the amount of food (in pounds)
that are likely harvested across all of the community gardens that we work
with. I'm sure someone else out there has wrestled with trying to figure
out something like this...

Cheers,
Susan
