Good Morning, My name is Diana Johnson, I manage the community garden in the City of Campbell, CA. We have two rates that are charged for the plots in our garden.
For a 10X20 sized plot, the rate is $72.00 per year. For the smaller 10x10 plot, the rate is $36.00 per year. We recently increased our fees from $36.00 per year. We are in a low income neighborhood so we cannot charge much more. This money helps us provide seeds for people for the year. We also allow people to not pay, pay in installments, pay what they can, or pay in forms other than money like donations or volunteer hours. We try to be flexible because the most important part is that people can be there to make community.
